An Empty Nester shall be allowed when a member in good standing meets the following criteria: a. Currently a debenture holder in good standing and has no children under the age of 18 living at home. b. Has been a member of Overhill for at least 12 years. Can go to Empty Nester status for their 13th season. Contact Membership Director for approval to move to Empty Nester status.
